Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of order excluding weekends and holidays.  Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.  We can not make changes to orders once they have been processed for shipping.

 

UPS Tracking:

UPS packages are tracked on arrival at the first UPS facility and then at points en route to the final destination.  There may be several days between scans if the shipment is going cross-country via UPS Ground.  For more information please visit UPS.COM

USPS Tracking:

USPS packages are usually, but not always, tracked at several points en route to their final destination.  USPS recycles their tracking numbers!  If your tracking number reflects a previous delivery date or location, it should update with the correct details within 1-2 business days.  For more information, please visit USPS.COM
